1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every product (“Script”) you purchase from Vexel Scripts. By purchasing or using a Script you agree to them. This website is operated by:

2. Purchases and payment

All orders are processed by Tebex Limited, who acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase contract for payment is with Tebex, and the Tebex checkout terms shown during payment also apply. Prices are shown in the store currency; any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Discounts and coupons are valid only for the period and products stated, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Delivery

You need a Cfx.re account to buy. After successful payment the Script is granted automatically to that account and can be downloaded from keymaster.fivem.net under “Granted Assets”. Delivery is usually instant. If a Script doesn't appear within 24 hours, contact us with your Tebex transaction ID.

4. License

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Script on FiveM servers operated by you or your community, through the Cfx.re account it was granted to. You do not acquire ownership of the Script.

You may edit the open configuration, locale and bridge files to fit your server. You may not:

• resell, share, sublicense, leak or redistribute the Script or any part of it, modified or not;
• attempt to remove, bypass or reverse-engineer the Cfx.re asset escrow protection;
• use the Script, its code or assets to create a competing product for sale;
• remove copyright notices.

Breaking these rules terminates your license immediately and may result in the asset being revoked from your account.

5. FiveM platform

Scripts run on the FiveM platform, which is operated by Cfx.re / Rockstar Games and subject to their own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Platform changes outside our control may affect how a Script works; we'll make reasonable efforts to release compatible updates.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Scripts are digital content delivered immediately after payment. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right once delivery has begun (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).

This doesn't affect your statutory rights: if a Script is faulty or doesn't work as described and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a refund. Contact us first — most issues are solved quickly on Discord. Opening a chargeback without contacting us results in the license being revoked.

7. Updates and support

Updates are delivered free of charge through keymaster for as long as we maintain the Script. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis via our Discord or contact form. Support covers installation and bugs in our code, not custom modifications or conflicts caused by third-party resources.

8. Warranty and liability

Scripts are provided as described on their product page. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, lost players or server downtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. See also our Privacy Policy.
